The Terms and conditions for the sale of goods following that will govern any contract for sale that we engage upon with yourself. You must make sure you read these terms and conditions carefully.

Flacht Motorsport terms and conditions
The terms and conditions written within tell you your rights and obligations. Please read these carefully. You may have other rights by law, and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Purchasing from us
In order to make purchases from Flacht Motorsport LTD you must be over 18 years of age and resident in the country you reside in, we ship worldwide and this needs to be manually verified by the team, so please bear with us if ordering internationally. By engaging in an order, you are requesting to buy the products you have requested and are allowing Flacht to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details on to our delivery partners ). We will not use your information for other purposes without asking for your consent, and you may ask that your details be removed from our systems by writing to us via email.
We have no obligation to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order, this is not the confirmation provided automatically via the site, this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full and we have provided confirmation. (Many of the products we provide are bespoke and have varying lead times, they are subject to constant price changes and we will endeavour to make you aware of this as soon as possible even though they are checked regularly. If this situation arises you will be offered a full refund or to pay the difference and receive the product.)
Prices are checked regularly but if we find the price has changed when we receive your order, we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed.
All prices and offers are subject to change and availability, errors and omissions excepted and subject to not selling below our cost price. VAT is charged on all items (including carriage) at a rate of 20% unless a product is VAT exempt. Prices shown excluding VAT are only a guide and no accuracy is intended.

Delivery
We aim to answer all questions or queries within a period of 48 hours Monday – Friday.
Goods will be delivered to you within the time frame indicated, but we cannot give a precise delivery date. If a mobile phone number is supplied then the delivery partner will message you on the day of delivery. We may also may deliver the goods in multiple packages . If items are out of stock they will be placed on back order and notified on your receipt. If we have not dispatched the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may terminate the contract. We will refund any monies paid by you. Flacht Motorsport require all deliveries to be signed for. Flacht Motorsport will take no responsibility for deliveries that customers allow to be fulfilled without a signature. By requesting that the goods are left without a signature the customer is taking full responsibility for their safety.

Returns
Items that are in stock are returnable for an exchange if the size is incorrect or where written confirmation by us has been given, we reserve the right to refuse to exchange or return. Non stocked and bespoke ordered parts are non returnable unless otherwise agreed.

A £10.00 carriage charge is applied to all returns

If a return is agreed it must be sent along with the original invoice and instructions on the replacement product. We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days to return a stocked item after receiving it. Please note this is not applicable to items that are not stocked.

Damaged or defective goods
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shortages
All deliveries must be checked when received and any shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

General information
Other information you need to be aware of:
A copy of these Terms and Conditions and your order may not be kept by us and so we advise you to print a copy of them for your information in the future.
If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel this contract for no reason at all and without penalty. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You must return the goods to us at your cost and with all relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition. We advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey. If you have not returned the goods within 7 days of cancellation or if requested, we can collect the goods from you at your cost. Shipping will not be refunded and where shipping was free on a delivery a charge will be made because shipping is included in the original price.
